| Deposit: |
To confirm reservations, a two night non refundable
deposit is due one week after reservation confirmation. |
| Final Payment: |
The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Any reservations booked within 30 days of arrival require full payment upon confirmation. |
| Service Charge: |
A 10% service charge will be added to the above rates to
cover an education fund established for the children of Balinese staff and close relations. |
| Cancellations: |
The two night deposit is non refundable. After receipt of
the final payment the rental is subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. However, if a replacement
renter is found, the additional rental (beyond the two night nonrefillable deposit) will be subject
to a 20% administrative fee, and the balance will be returned. |
